Who Owns the Design?
With OEM, the design is yours from the start. With ODM, agree IP ownership up front — at Canton Toys we develop to your brief and you own the resulting design for your order. We only produce designs you're entitled to; we never copy branded or unlicensed products.
How to Choose
Choose OEM if you have a finished, differentiated design and want full control. Choose ODM if you want to launch faster, lack engineering resources, or want the factory's product know-how. Many buyers start ODM and move to OEM as their line matures.
